Property details
Villa Nordica, located in Dramalj, Crikvenica, is a semi-detached house in a courtyard with garden, terrace with barbecue facilities and furniture, and free, private parking (cars are parked one behind the other). Villa Nordica has a 3-bedroom apartment and a 1-bedroom apartment.
The 3-bedroom apartment of approx. 100 m2 makes up the first and second floor and has its own separate entrance. Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a hallway, three bedrooms; two of these with access to a balcony, and two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower. Stairs lead up to the second floor where there is an air-conditioned living room with an equipped kitchen and a spacious, furnished terrace with a beautiful sea view.
The 1-bedroom apartment of approx. 50 m2 makes up the ground floor and also has its own separate entrance. The apartment consists of an air-conditioned living room with an equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom, two bathrooms with shower, one of them en-suite. There is a shady terrasse in front of the living room with a glance to the sea. The spacious patio is fully equipped with outdoor furniture and a parasol that gives protection from the sun.
Dramalj is a small tourist place near the town of Crikvenica. Right in front of Villa Nordica you descend to a promenade that extends from the Kacjak peninsula all the way to the Crikvenica Riviera. You will enjoy the view on one side of the magnificent blue, and on the other the soothing greenery that surrounds this Dramalj peninsula. The promenade is a scent trail dotted with beaches and small cafes/restaurants.
Are you a nature lover? Kacjak Beach is the perfect location for you. Bathing in the clear sea and listening to the tireless chirping of cicadas will give you a true rest for your body and soul. Other beaches offer a variety of watersports and entertainment. If you want to go hiking or bicycling in the mountains, various trails start out in Crikvenica. Plitvice Lakes National Park is within 1½ hours drive. If you want to go out, neighbouring Crikvenica offers restaurants, shopping, nightlife and boat trips.
Novi Vinodolski Wine Tasting is also popular. If you want to see more of the Kvarner region the Island Krk, capital Zagreb, historic Pula or even Venice is within reach. Did you know that the climate in Crikvenica is known as being exceptionally good for respiratory rehabilitation.
